What do I need to do to sell my house?

We can then offer advice on arrangement for Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), solicitors, financial advice and insurance for further purchase if required. At JT Properties we endeavour to tailor our service to meet your needs, giving you all the help you want from us.

How do I rent out my house?

Book an appointment with JT Property Matters, where we can first value your home. We can then offer advice on arrangement of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), any Gas Safety Certificate, maintenance and insurance.

How much will it cost?

Sales fees are 1% subject to a minimum of £1200.00 plus VAT.

Tenant finder fees £270 plus vat, with £70 payable upfront, the remaining balance of £150 is payable on commencement of the tenancy, this fee includes a Landlords gas safety certificate.

Property management fees 8% plus VAT.

EPC £55.00.

I work 09:00am - 05:00pm, how will I arrange for you to value my home?

At JT Property Matters, we understand how difficult it is to juggle work and home commitments, that is why we are trying to lead the way in flexible hour estate agency. We offer out of office hours appointments for both valuations and viewings, we are contactable by telephone and for appointments from 8.00-8.00 7 days a week, and in the office 09:00am - 17:00pm weekdays, 09:30am - 14:00pm on Saturdays and 11:00am - 13:00pm on Sundays. We offer the most flexible service in the Rhondda.

Do I have to use all your services to sell or rent my house with you?

No. At JT Property Matters, we pride ourselves on great service, any arrangements we make will be with tried and tested local companies, although we can arrange for different services for you, there is no obligation and no pushy sales tactics will be used. However, with competitive prices and greater convenience for you, we are sure that we cannot be beaten in regard to value for money.
