We do not charge fees to tenants. We do however require a holding fee equivilant to one weeks rent, which is non - refundable should the tenant decide against taking up the tenancy, or fail the referencing due to incorrect information being given. ( This would include not advising of any adverse credit history and incorrect information on earnings and landlord referee.
During the tenancy, a £50.00 charge may be incurred for misreporting faults that require a tradesman to visit your property or if you fail to attend or allow access to a pre-arranged appointment with one of our tradesmen.
Any costs incurred through damage causedby you ‘the tenant’ will be your responsibility, if you require us to arrangefor the appropriate tradesmen to carry out the work, an invoice for the fullcost will be sent direct from the tradesmen.
You will be supplied with one frontand back door key for the property, the cost for any extra sets is the responsibility of the tenant.
In the event that the Tenant’s goods or any of them or any possessions belonging tomembers of the Tenant’s household shall not have been removed from the premisesat the time of expiration or sooner determination of the Tenancy to pay to theLandlord damages at the rate equal to the rent then payable for the premisesuntil the tenant shall have removed all such goods and in the event of them notbeing removed the Landlord shall be entitled to remove the same at the solerisk of the tenant and to charge the Tenant for the cost of removal and storageand in addition the tenant undertakes to pay to the Landlord all additionalexpenses incurred by the Landlord in checking the inventory which cannot bechecked until all goods and possessions belonging to the tenant or members ofhis household have been removed.
